I recently replaced the whole roof with Economic Roofing, and I'm very happy with the experience. I got to know this roofing company by a reference from a social media group, and I contacted John asking for a free estimate. John came over on the same day and sent me an email with a complete list of itemized work and charges. I asked a few questions via email, and always got very clear answers in very short time. They have very good price comparing with other offers, and the service is great! John is very professional - he explained all kinds of technical details and pros/cons etc. They are very efficient as well - they immediately applied the permit for me and started working once the permit was ready, and it took 1.5 days to finish replacing the roof. Overall I highly recommend Economic Roofing if you want to repair or replace the roof.

Last week I had my whole roof replaced. It is a big roof. I also changed out the gutters from 4" to 6". Mr. Cho gave the best estimate and did not oversell anything. The crew came when promised. The job was completed in the time that was stated. The job was done very efficiently and the work space was kept organized. They cleaned as they worked. There was a lot of debris but they took all the necessary precaution to keep the surrounding plantings and windows and outdoor furniture protected. There were no surprises in the cost. Mr. Cho delivered what he said he was going to do. It is very refreshing to work with someone who is reliable and trustworthy.

Had my whole roof replaced. Received a quick response for an estimate. Everyone was professional and courteous. The crew cleaned the area around my house of all project materials. Price was excellent. Definitely would refer a friend.

We recently had our roof redone in Bryn Mawr. John and his crew were friendly and nice. They did an amazing job at an amazing price and as a mom of little kids my favorite thing was the clean up was unbelievable! They had such attention to detail - I was so impressed there wasn't a nail or speck of paint in the yard.

John and his team blew us away with the quality work, efficiency, and professionalism. We had recently purchased a house that needed all stucco removed and we decided to go with Hardie Board. We also needed roof work in an area that was leaking. First, the price of the work was lower than some other quotes we received, so i was a little skeptical to be honest. John put all of that to rest the day he and his team started. They operate with Swiss precision and the work was top quality. He is incredibly responsive and truly cares about getting the project done the right way. The house is over 4,000 SF and the entire project took about 2 weeks - new roof in area that was leaking, all new soffets, all new gutters, all new shutters, all new hardie siding, all new trim around windows/doors, etc. It was like clockwork. I had a contractor friend look at the finished product prior to making the final payment because i couldn't find one single issue with the work. Nothing. Even the contractor was shocked at the attention to detail and couldn't find anything wrong either! Don't even bother getting a bid from anyone else, you're wasting your time. John and Economic Roofing is the best by far! Never been more happy with a contractor, ever. Thanks for everything, John! I will be referring you to every person i speak with who needs exterior work done to their house.

John and his team did an excellent job and were incredibly fast. They started at 7:30 and they were finished, including cleanup by 1:30 PM. They even completed the HOA paperwork. Ashley in the office was very accommodating as well. I highly recommend them.

This roofing company is the best.
I got a few different estimates, but I went with this company because they took the time to explain everything and gave me a totally fair price without any hidden price. Also, I was very satisfied with how quickly answers to my questions about the work and loved how responsive the team was whenever I needed to get in touch. The whole crew showed up right on time, but the work was delayed by rain. However, they finished the whole work on time through the teamwork. Also, I was so impressed by how you kept me updated with photos throughout the process. And then, they used a magnetic sweeper to make sure the driveway was completely clear. Finally, I would highly recommend this company to others because they handled everything perfectly right down to the last detail.

A neighbor referred me to John and even though I had a smaller roof to replace, I felt like John personally made sure my project got done right from the beginning. They are detail oriented, organized and very responsive communicating. The crew were fast and professional, and John did a final clean up of the house himself after the new roof and gutters were installed. That kind of caring about your work and professionalism is very refreshing. And their prices are very good too!

John and his crew do excellent work at very fair prices. I first met John in 2021 to get a roof estimate and he advised waiting (if the roof wasn't leaking), since the price of wood was crazy right after Covid. That told me right there I found an honest roofing company.

Fast forward to 2025, I decided it was definitely time to replace my 33+ year old roof and reached out to John again. His estimate was about half the estimate I got from a national home improvement company. The estimate consisted of a complete re-roof of the house and 2 car garage, new soffits and fascia, new siding on one side of the house, and new larger 6K seamless gutters.

I was happy that I didn't have to pay any deposits upfront. John broke the project down into several stages (roof, fascia/siding/soffits, and gutters), to be done on separate days as the various ordered materials came in. No money was needed until the day the crew showed up to start the work for that particular job. So I made an initial, partial payment when they came to do the roofing, followed by another payment when the roofing work was completed.

John brought a large crew to do the roofing. They worked very efficiently. Despite having to replace a fair number of bad roof sheets, they completed all the roofing work in a single day. That included cutting into the house and garage roofs to add ridge ventilation, removing 2 passive roof vents, reflashing 2 chimneys, rehabbing the plumbing stack pipe, and adding a new bathroom exhaust vent plus rehabbing an existing one.

The fascia/siding/soffit work went just as efficiently, also being done in a separate, single day, and it looks great! I wasn't sure if I really wanted to add to the total project cost by replacing all the soffit material, but I'm really glad I took John's advice to do it at the same time as all the other work as it really "pops" the appearance of the house and garage. Like the roof work, a partial payment was made when the crew showed up, and a final payment was made after completion.

The final job was the gutters and that was also executed efficiently by a 2 person crew, taking about half a day, with the same payment arrangements.

All in all, the work was well executed and I'm 110% pleased with the final results. I smile every time I look at it. To be honest, I'm pretty particular about certain things I wanted done to the roof, siding, etc. and John was quite helpful pointing me in the right direction and providing good advice, particularly with improving the roof's ventilation and replacing the soffits.

This team replaced our large roof in just a day and a half, which absolutely amazed me. There were more than 20 workers here, all moving efficiently and working together seamlessly. They were on time, extremely clean, and respectful of our property throughout the entire project.

The quality of the work is excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement, you'll be in great hands!

I Had my roof , siding , gutters and everything done. Jon was very informative about how bad our roof was .(and it was very very bad ) I knew that before I called around. He worked with me throughout the whole process and tried to save me money wherever he could. His workers could not have been nicer they were very prompt and on time and worked very hard throughout the days . He's very thorough and detail oriented. He actually did things he didn't have to do (Free of charge ) just so everything would look uniform when he was finished. I would recommend economic Roofing to everyone. They were one of three estimates all around the same price I had , but I knew as soon as I sat and talked to Jon He was the one I was going to have do the job . So glad I did .
