I got to know this roofing company by a reference from a social media group, and I contacted John asking for a free estimate. John came over on the same day and sent me an email with a complete list of itemized work and charges. I asked a few questions via email, and always got very clear answers in very short time. They have very good price comparing with other offers, and the service is great! John is very professional - he explained all kinds of technical details and pros/cons etc. They are very efficient as well - they immediately applied the permit for me and started working once the permit was ready, and it took 1.5 days to finish replacing the roof. Overall I highly recommend Economic Roofing if you want to repair or replace the roof.

Last week I had my whole roof replaced. It is a big roof. I also changed out the gutters from 4" to 6". Mr. Cho gave the best estimate and did not oversell anything. The crew came when promised. The job was completed in the time that was stated. The job was done very efficiently and the work space was kept organized. They cleaned as they worked. There was a lot of debris but they took all the necessary precaution to keep the surrounding plantings and windows and outdoor furniture protected. There were no surprises in the cost. Mr. Cho delivered what he said he was going to do. It is very refreshing to work with someone who is reliable and trustworthy.

We recently had our roof redone in Bryn Mawr. John and his crew were friendly and nice. They did an amazing job at an amazing price and as a mom of little kids my favorite thing was the clean up was unbelievable! They had such attention to detail - I was so impressed there wasn't a nail or speck of paint in the yard.

John and his team blew us away with the quality work, efficiency, and professionalism. We had recently purchased a house that needed all stucco removed and we decided to go with Hardie Board. We also needed roof work in an area that was leaking. First, the price of the work was lower than some other quotes we received, so i was a little skeptical to be honest. John put all of that to rest the day he and his team started. They operate with Swiss precision and the work was top quality. He is incredibly responsive and truly cares about getting the project done the right way. The house is over 4,000 SF and the entire project took about 2 weeks - new roof in area that was leaking, all new soffets, all new gutters, all new shutters, all new hardie siding, all new trim around windows/doors, etc. It was like clockwork. I had a contractor friend look at the finished product prior to making the final payment because i couldn't find one single issue with the work. Nothing. Even the contractor was shocked at the attention to detail and couldn't find anything wrong either! Don't even bother getting a bid from anyone else, you're wasting your time. John and Economic Roofing is the best by far! Never been more happy with a contractor, ever. Thanks for everything, John!
